ASKED QUESTIONS

To start a project, I’ll need the book’s main specifications and the graphic materials:

• Width × height × spine thickness
• Exterior/interior design PDF
• Stamping / UV / embossing channels (if any)

We’ll also discuss the background, shot types, and any specific details to keep in mind.

• Still image
  JPG sRGB / PNG (with alpha background option).
  Base resolution 3000 x 3000 px - 300 dpi
  Other specs available on request
• Animation shots:
  H.264/H.265 (1080×1080 / 1080×1350 / FULL HD / 4K)
  ProRes with alpha channel (on request and quoted separately)
  

Scene & continuity: Editable 3D project files are not delivered by default, but they are stored for a minimum of 2 years after project completion for language/design variants or future extensions.

• Included rounds: up to 2 light revisions (framing, composition, lighting, finishes, textures). Additional revisions will be quoted separately.

• Design/language changes: considered a variant and quoted separately (usually at a lower cost than the original).

• For most clients, a 50% advance is required to start the project, with the with the remaining 50% upon completion and delivery of the final work.
• Big companies with 30-day payment terms (or longer) will be billed in phases or based on project milestones.

• Payment methods: bank transfer (SEPA) / PayPal / Wise

• Perpetual, worldwide license for marketing the title or collection (web, social media, catalogues, e-commerce, press, etc.).
